Maurício Diácoli
Diácoli began his independent auditor career at ETAE, then joined Price Waterhouse (currently PWC). As of August 1995, he has been the majority founder of LM Auditores Associados. He is an Auditing and Consulting Professional with over 35 years’ experience, specializing in domestic and International Accounting. Diácoli holds a bachelor’s degree of science in accounting, from FMU-SP, with several extension courses in the areas of finance and accounting. In addition, he is also a technical expert for the Brazilian Securities Commission – CVM and is registered at the Regional Accounting Council – CRC under No. 1SP129.562 / O-5. Independent auditor registered under No. 452 in the National Registry of Independent Auditors of the Federal Accounting Council. Participant of the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors (IBRACON). Participated in the Fiscal Council of Iochpe-Maxion S/A.
